Our History 
 

Graphic Products was founded in 1970 to sell printing equipment and supplies. In 1976, the corporation became one of the first dealers ever in the brand new technology of lettering machines. It has since risen to become the leading dealer of top-of-the-line custom labeling systems in the United States.

In 1989, we became one of the first dealers of the exciting new technology of thermal printing poster making equipment, which is used extensively for training purposes and for motivational/informational signs and banners.

Today, a wide variety of products are sold and serviced by Graphic Products. In particular, much of our marketing efforts promote the labeling, laminating and presentation products of Varitronic Systems, Inc. of Minneapolis, MN., and Brady Corp. of Milwaukee, WI. Both are acclaimed innovators and absolute leaders in their field.

Our Method

Utilizing two sales teams - one for equipment sales and the other for supply sales - Graphic Products has expanded from its original territory of the Western United States and now sells worldwide. We employ a unique style of marketing for which we have coined the term "tele-trialing".

Our sales representatives are supported by extensive internet marketing and direct mail campaigns. Customers and prospects are contacted exclusively by telephone to introduce our products. Then, with the prospect's agreement, trial machines are sent to their place of business for a one-week evaluation period.

Organizations find this "test-drive" of new products very attractive. Indeed, having refined the tele-trialing technique over many years, Graphic Products has come to virtually dominate the market worldwide.
